Dental Receptionist – Hygiene Scheduling & Patient Intake Dedicated Dental Group Parkland | Parkland, FL | Full-Time, 4.5-Day Workweek Dedicated Dental Group Parkland is a family-owned practice led by mother-daughter dentists Dr. Tatyana Nudel and Dr. Michelle Nudel. We’re looking for a warm, organized dental receptionist to keep our hygiene schedule running smoothly and make every patient feel welcome from the first call. This role offers a 4.5-day workweek and opportunity for growth as you develop your skills and take on more responsibility within our practice. What you’ll do Manage the hygiene schedule, confirm appointments, and fill openings when cancellations occur. Reach out to patients who are due or overdue for preventive care. Welcome new patients and guide them through registration, forms, and their first visit. Answer calls and respond to patient texts, emails, and appointment requests. Verify insurance information and keep patient records accurate. Work closely with our hygienists and clinical team to create a smooth, positive experience. You’d be a great fit if you enjoy connecting with people, stay calm while juggling priorities, and take pride in following through. Dental front desk experience is preferred, especially experience managing a hygiene schedule and using eaglesoft dental practice software.
