We're Hiring! Dental Assistant Wanted! Our amazing family owned, private Endodontic practice is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to join our team! We are a small, close-knit practice focused exclusively on Endodontics. We are proudly family-owned and have no plans of going corporate. We truly value our team, our patients, and creating a positive work environment. Schedule: Monday-Thursday + Some Fridays available if desired What we're looking for: Dental assisting experience is required Endodontic experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right person! Reliable and dependable Professional and friendly Someone who takes pride in their work Someone trustworthy who can eventually feel comfortable working independently when needed A positive team player who wants to find a practice to grow with long-term We are a small practice we see about 10 patients a day (at most) with a great doctor, established systems, and a welcoming atmosphere. We'd love to find someone who is looking for a long term home, not just another job. Qualifications Proven experience working in a dental clinic environment with knowledge of general dentistry. Proficiency in dental assisting techniques including chairside assisting, dental terminology, and documentation. Knowledge of infection control protocols & dental sterilization procedures. Ability to operate dental equipment such as X-ray machines, 3D scanners, and other medical imaging tools safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills for patient care delivery and teamwork. Certification in Dental Radiography or X-ray licensing as required by local regulations is preferred.
