What You'll Be Doing Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure everything is ready for the day Take dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations Provide excellent patient care and help patients feel comfortable Assist with sterilization and infection-control procedures Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Prepare instruments and materials for procedures Help keep the clinical area clean, organized, and well stocked Support efficient patient flow and an on-time schedule Educate patients on post-treatment instructions Work closely with the dentist and entire team to provide an exceptional patient experience Working hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00-4:00 We're looking for someone who is: Patient-focused – You genuinely care about the people you're serving Team-oriented – You enjoy working together and supporting your teammates Reliable – Your team can count on you Positive – You bring a great attitude to work every day Organized – You stay on top of your responsibilities and details Adaptable – You are comfortable in a busy dental environment and willing to learn Professional – You take pride in your work and how you represent the practice Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
