Dental Front Desk Receptionist Dallas Family Dental — Dallas, Oregon Dallas Family Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, works well in a busy environment, and communicates professionally with patients and coworkers. Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide a positive check-in and checkout experience Answer telephone calls, respond to messages, and assist with patient questions Schedule appointments efficiently to maintain a productive daily schedule Confirm appointments and help fill openings or cancellations Verify dental insurance benefits and explain estimated patient portions Collect copayments, balances, and other amounts due Present treatment plans and help patients schedule recommended care Maintain accurate patient information and documentation Coordinate referrals and request records when needed Communicate closely with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and office leadership Qualifications Previous dental front desk experience is preferred Experience with Open Dental is helpful but not required Strong customer-service and communication skills Comfortable discussing treatment costs and collecting payments Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office Professional, positive, and team-oriented Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance is preferred Schedule: Full-time Location: Dallas, Oregon Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Ability to Relocate: Dallas, OR 97338: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
