Full-Time Pediatric Dental Assistants Great Grins for Kids | Oregon City Great Grins for Kids is seeking a positive, dependable, and compassionate Pediatric Dental Assistants to join our team in Oregon City. These full-time positions offer a flexible 4 or 5 day work week . We are looking for caring professionals who are passionate about helping children feel safe and comfortable while providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. Responsibilities Assist doctors during dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take diagnostic dental X-rays Help children feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visits Educate patients and parents about oral hygiene Maintain complete and accurate patient records Contribute to an organized, professional, and team-oriented environment Qualifications At least one year of dental assisting experience required Current X-ray certification required Pediatric dental experience preferred EFDA certification is a plus but not required Excellent communication and patient-care skills Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional Positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoys working with children and families Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team Flexibility to assist at either office location when needed Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Uniform allowance Flexible 4 or 5 day workweek Supportive and welcoming team environment Positive workplace culture and work-life balance Meaningful opportunity to improve childrenâs oral health If you love working with children and want to be part of a caring and supportive dental team, we would love to hear from you!
