Allen Creek Dental | Grants Pass, OR FULL-TIME MONDAY–THURSDAY $20–$30+/HOUR YOUR MOST IMPORTANT JOB: Predict and prevent train wrecks. You know the ones. The schedule starts going sideways, the crown needs a little more attention, the patient is nervous, and suddenly everyone is looking at you. We need someone who can see those things coming, stay calm, and keep the day moving. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Dental Assistant who loves dentistry, loves technology, and knows how to have a little fun along the way. YOU GET TO DO ALL THIS Assist with CEREC same-day crowns — yes, SAME DAY! Use Primescan, iTero and intraoral cameras Digital X-rays and CBCT Sedation dentistry Invisalign Restoration of implants Occasional temporary/provisional restorations — because technology is great…until it isn’t! Sterilization, operatory setup and lab work Laboratory case management And, of course, predicting and preventing train wrecks WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Oregon Radiology License required 2+ years dental assisting experience preferred EFDA preferred, or willingness to obtain Reliable, organized and efficient Calm under pressure Compassionate and great with patients A LOVE OF TECHNOLOGY IS A MUST! The more technology skills you bring, the higher your earning potential. We’re an advanced, technology-driven practice and we like people who are excited to learn new things—not people who want to hide when the new scanner comes out. We’ll train the right person if you’re dependable, willing to learn and have a great attitude. A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE US…US We have a facility dog who helps comfort our patients. So yes, you must like dogs. A good singing voice is helpful but absolutely not required. We occasionally sing to our patients when needed. Don’t worry—we don’t hold auditions. We have surgically clean air units throughout the office to help keep our patients and team safe. Because it matters! YOUR SCHEDULE MONDAY–THURSDAY Monday: 9–5 Tuesday: 8–5 Wednesday: 9–6 Thursday: 8–3 Patient hours are listed above, with approximately 1–2 additional hours each day for administrative, lab and office duties. PAY & PERKS Starting at $20/hour Current EFDA: $25–$30/hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
