Responsibilities Diagnose, prevent, and treat orthodontic conditions for patients of all ages Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing: Traditional braces Clear aligners Other orthodontic appliances Monitor treatment progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment options, oral health, and expected outcomes Collaborate with general dentists and dental specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records Deliver exceptional patient experiences while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program Active North Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain) Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Current CPR/BLS certification Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Orthodontics preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience with Invisalign® or other clear aligner therapy is preferred but not required Why Join MyOrthodontist?
