We are seeking a friendly and caring full-time or part-time front Office Receptionist to join our growing patient-focused dental practice. As part of our team you will welcome our patients with a smile. The ideal candidate is a hard working team player with excellent interpersonal and verbal skills who has the ability to interact with all age groups. The individual should be computer proficient and have prior customer service skills. Preference will be given to a candidate with prior dental office experience. Eaglesoft software knowledge is a plus but not necessary, will train the right individual. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am- 5:00pm (2 Fridays per month as needed) Part-time option-Minimum 2 days per week! Duties Include: Answer phone calls and schedule appointments. Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility. Collect/process patient payments and balances. Maintain patient records and ensure that all paperwork is up to date. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Provide general administrative support to the dental office.
