Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator - Gutsche Orthodontics (Catherine Worthington, DMD, LLC) - Paoli, PA

Join a practice where relationships matter. We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is an important role in our practice and is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping families feel confident about their orthodontic care. We are a boutique orthodontic practice, not a high-volume office. We take the time to get to know our patients, answer their questions, and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their experience. What You'll Do As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for many of our new patients and families. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming new patients and making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive Coordinating new patient consultations and keeping the visit organized and personal Presenting customized orthodontic treatment plans Explaining treatment options, expected treatment time, appliances, and financial arrangements Reviewing insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility Helping families understand their treatment and payment options Following up with patients who are not quite ready to begin treatment Manage the observation program Building lasting relationships with patients and families Taking orthodontic photographs and assisting with records Helping with marketing, community outreach, and referral relationships Supporting the clinical and administrative team when needed Staying organized and taking initiative to keep things moving when the office is busy or quiet We believe in the treatment we provide and in our doctor. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoys people Confident and comfortable talking with parents and patients A good listener who can understand and address concerns Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing financial information Professional and polished while still being approachable Self-motivated and able to see what needs to be done without always being asked Comfortable working as part of a small team and willing to jump in wherever needed Open to coaching and learning Calm and positive, even when things get busy Orthodontic experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person. Previous experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, dental/orthodontic assisting, or financial/insurance coordination is helpful.
