Full-Time | Fort Worth, TX – Clearfork Schmidgall Dental Aesthetics is looking for an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator to join our front office team. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people, communicates exceptionally well, and takes pride in creating an outstanding experience from the very first phone call. Located in Clearfork, our state-of-the-art dental practice specializes in cosmetic, complex, implant, and comprehensive general dentistry . We are a 100% fee-for-service practice and are committed to providing exceptional dentistry without compromising the quality of care or the patient experience. What You'll Do As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in helping patients navigate their experience with our practice. Responsibilities include: Providing an exceptional experience for new and existing patients Answering phones and communicating confidently and professionally with patients Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Checking patients in and out Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand next steps Verifying insurance benefits and coverage Assisting with billing and insurance claim follow-up Maintaining accurate patient and scheduling information Supporting the front office team wherever needed to keep the practice running smoothly Who We're Looking For The right person for this position is someone who loves people and genuinely wants to make a difference in their lives. Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience required 2+ years of dental front office experience strongly preferred Experience with treatment presentation and dental insurance preferred Open Dental experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Why Schmidgall Dental Aesthetics?
