We're looking for a friendly Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team full-time. **What you'll do:** - Assist the dentist chairside during procedures (four-handed dentistry) - restorations, crowns, cosmetics, extractions, implants, root canals, laser therapy, dentures - Take digital dental X-rays - Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain equipment - Scan impressions, pack cord, and fabricate temporary crowns - Perform blood draws for platelet rich fibrin (PRF) treatments - Operate 3D printer to fabricate occlusal guards, whitening trays, removable partials, , inlays/onlays, and surgical guides. - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care - Keep accurate patient records **What we're looking for:** - Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas (required) - X-ray certification (required) - 1–2 years of experience preferred, but strong new grads are welcome - Warm chairside manner and great communication skills - Willingness to learn as additional training will be provided - Dependable, punctual, and a true team player - CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Continuing education credits Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
