Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, upbeat, and genuinely friendly person to be the first face our patients see when they walk into our dental office. This is more than a traditional front desk position. We want someone who can make patients feel welcome, comfortable, and excited to be part of our practice . The ideal candidate brings positive energy to the office, enjoys talking with people, and understands that an exceptional patient experience begins the moment someone calls or walks through our doors. What You'll Do Welcome every patient with a smile and positive attitude Create a fun, warm, and professional atmosphere at the front desk Answer phones enthusiastically and professionally Schedule and confirm patient appointments Help keep the schedule productive and organized Check patients in and out efficiently Communicate treatment appointments, payments, and office policies clearly Follow up with patients and help fill openings in the schedule Work closely with doctors, assistants, hygienists, and other team members Help turn new patients into long-term members of our dental family Who We're Looking For We would love someone who is: Naturally friendly, energetic, and outgoing Positive and upbeatâeven on busy days An excellent communicator who enjoys talking with people Organized and able to multitask Dependable and punctual Comfortable answering phones and communicating by text A team player who is willing to help wherever needed Professional in appearance and communication Comfortable discussing appointments, treatment, and finances with patients Motivated to help the practice grow Dental front desk experience is preferred, but personality, attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us. Position Dental Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Experience Coordinator Full-time position. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
