Dental Office Front Desk Associate We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Office Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can provide a welcoming experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and schedule appointments Confirm upcoming appointments and help manage the daily schedule Check patients in and out and collect copays, balances, and payments Enter and maintain accurate patient information and records Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups Communicate effectively with patients, dental providers, and team members Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA and office policies Help keep the front office running smoothly and efficiently Qualifications Previous dental office or medical front desk experience preferred Dental insurance and billing experience is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Comfortable using computers and dental practice management software Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Ability to work well as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay Paid Time Off 401(k) + match Paid Holidays Employee Dental Benefits Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth If you are personable, organized, and passionate about helping patients have a positive dental experience, we would love to hear from you!
