Join our San Jose, CA practice as a Dental Assistant (Part-time)

Our dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant to help our practice run smoothly and ensure an excellent patient experience. The position is part time, 2 days a week. Must be available Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients for examinations and procedures ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are ready for use.
• Take high quality X-rays, adhering to safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures by handing instruments, using suction, and anticipating needs( four-handed dentistry)
• Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-operative care instuctions.
