DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER

Full-Time | $62,000–$73,000/year + Performance Bonus
HELP US BUILD SOMETHING EXCEPTIONAL
NDU Luxe Dental Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, highly organized, growth-minded Dental Office Manager to lead our beautiful new Westchester practice.
This is not simply a position for someone who can keep the schedule moving. We are looking for a strong dental leader and operator who understands the business of dentistry, knows how to build and manage a high-performing team, and can create the systems necessary for an exceptional patient experience and a successful, growing practice.
NDU Luxe Dental Aesthetics is a modern, elevated dental practice focused on comprehensive, cosmetic, restorative, implant, and preventive dentistry.
As we grow our Westchester location, our Office Manager will work closely with ownership and play a key leadership role in establishing the culture, systems, team, and performance standards of the practice.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day practice operations and ensure the office runs efficiently
- Lead, coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable
- Help recruit, onboard, train, and develop exceptional team members
- Establish and maintain effective front- and back-office systems
- Conduct productive morning huddles and team meetings
- Maintain a professional, positive, solutions-oriented office culture
- Identify operational problems quickly and implement solutions
Production & Practice Growth
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production and collection goals
- Understand and track key dental practice KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, productivity, and profitability
- Maintain productive doctor and hygiene schedules
- Minimize scheduling gaps, cancellations, and lost production
- Monitor unscheduled treatment and patient reactivation
- Work directly with ownership to implement practice growth initiatives
Treatment & Patient Experience
- Help create an exceptional, elevated patient experience from the first phone call through completion of treatment
- Support treatment presentation and case acceptance
- Confidently discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
- Ensure appropriate follow-up on unscheduled treatment
- Build systems that encourage patient retention and long-term relationships
- Maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the patient experience
Insurance & Financial Management
- Oversee PPO insurance verification and benefit coordination
- Monitor claims, aging reports, outstanding balances, and collections
- Maintain strong systems for insurance and patient accounts receivable
- Ensure financial arrangements are documented and followed appropriately
- Understand practice financial performance and communicate opportunities for improvement

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental management or senior dental leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and treatment
- Proven experience managing and developing dental teams
- Strong understanding of PPO insurance, billing, collections, and accounts receivable
- Experience with treatment coordination and case presentation
- Comfortable working with production goals and dental practice KPIs
- Strong scheduling and practice-management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Open Dental experience highly preferred
- Cosmetic, implant, or high-end private-practice experience is a plus

COMPENSATION
$62,000–$73,000 per year + performance-based bonus opportunities
Compensation is based on experience, demonstrated leadership ability, and dental practice management expertise.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with NDU Luxe Dental Aesthetics. This position offers the opportunity for additional compensation based on achievement of established practice performance and growth goals.
