Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Office Professional
Location: SF Peninsula
Compensation: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (treatment coordination experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- A positive attitude and genuine commitment to patient care
Key Responsibilities
Patient Communication & Scheduling
- Manage incoming and outgoing patient communications via phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
- Confirm appointments and maintain an efficient, productive schedule
- Utilize unscheduled treatment and hygiene recall lists to maximize schedule utilization
- Assist patients with scheduling and treatment coordination
Treatment Coordination
- Present treatment plans and discuss recommended care with patients
- Help patients understand treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements
- Coordinate referrals and specialist appointments as needed
Insurance & Administrative Duties
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments
- Review patient accounts and ensure accurate documentation
- Process incoming specialist reports and correspondence
- Manage office email, voicemail, and patient communications promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate patient records and chart documentation
