Junior Manager – Dental Office Are you an amazing leader ready to take the next step in your dental career? Do you have dental office experience and the leadership skills to grow into an Office Manager role? If you're ready to learn, lead, and grow, we want to meet you! Gateway Family Dentistry & Implant Center is looking for a motivated dental professional to join our team and train for a leadership position at our Phoenix location. This is a hands-on leadership position in a busy, doctor-owned dental practice. You will be trained at our Chandler office and then transition to our Phoenix location , where you will help lead, train, and supervise the team. You will have ongoing support from our Office Manager in Chandler and will continue working with our Chandler team through occasional meetings and continued training as needed. What We’re Looking For: Previous dental office experience is required Experience with AR, AP, scheduling, and treatment planning is highly valued Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead and make decisions under pressure Positive, dependable, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role Able to travel to California and Florida for additional training , with advance notice You don't need to know everything coming into this position! We can train the right person on our systems, processes, and management responsibilities. We are looking for someone with a strong dental foundation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to lead by example.
