Dental Design Studios is looking for an experienced Dental Front Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, well-rounded front office position for someone who is confident working with patients, managing a busy schedule, understanding dental insurance, and presenting treatment plans. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, communicates professionally, follows through on responsibilities, and helps create a positive patient experience. Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday One rotating Saturday approximately every 6â8 weeks Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide professional, friendly check-in and check-out. Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits. Review insurance estimates and financial responsibilities with patients. Present treatment plans and available financial options. Collect patient portions, outstanding balances, and other payments. Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment. Make confirmation, reactivation, recall, and patient outreach calls. Maintain accurate patient and insurance information in Denticon. Support claims, attachments, insurance follow-up, and related administrative tasks. Coordinate with the clinical team to help keep the daily schedule running smoothly. Maintain organized and accurate front office records. Provide a positive and professional patient experience throughout the visit. Follow established office systems, procedures, and company expectations. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of Denticon experience. Previous dental front office experience. Working knowledge of dental insurance and eligibility verification. Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing patient financial responsibilities. Strong phone and patient communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy dental office. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and follow established systems and workflows. Availability to work a rotating Saturday approximately every 6â8 weeks.
