At Restoration Dental and Implant Center (RDIC), we strive to provide the highest level of dental treatment for our patients. About the Opportunity We are seeking an Associate Dentist to provide general dentistry in Washington, Iowa. The Associate Dentist will work closely with the office manager, hygienist, and dental assistant to ensure comprehensive dental care. This is an opportunity for a Dentist who enjoys having an active role in the growth of a practice. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with new and existing patients, earn their trust, and become a Dentist they and their families want to continue seeing for years to come. The ideal Associate Dentist will be experienced in a wide array of non-specialty dental procedures and enjoy working with a diverse patient base. We are seeking an Associate Dentist who is self-motivated and has a proven track record of working as the sole dentist at a practice location. Core Activities of the Role Providing a wide array of general dentistry procedures including: Routine exams and cleaning Imaging and visual health screening Patient education and creation of treatment plans Periodontal care Routine restorative dental procedures including: Dental fillings and crowns Extensive dental procedures Non-impacted tooth extraction, root canal treatment, bridge/denture fittings Experience with implants Cosmetic procedures Clear aligners, teeth whitening, and clear aligners Assisting the office manager in leading team expectations Building relationships with patients on their goals through trust and quality care-focused communication Working collaboratively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, admin, and other team members. Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation within XL Dent Following all state, federal, local, and other governing body regulations Other duties as assigned You'll have the opportunity to: ● Build a patient base by creating positive experiences that turn new patients into long-term relationships ● Build patient trust by taking the time to understand individual goals, communicate clearly, and provide care patients feel confident in ● Build the team by sharing knowledge, supporting coworkers, and helping those around you continue to develop their skills ● Build the practice by contributing ideas, identifying opportunities, and helping establish strong clinical and operational standards ● Build community relationships by becoming a trusted dental provider for patients and families in the area Schedule ● Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 12:30 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM ● Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 12:30 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM ● Friday: 7:45 AM – 12:30 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM ● One-hour lunch each scheduled day ● Office is currently closed Mondays and Thursdays Compensation & Benefits Compensation is a base percentage of production by the Dentist. Currently targeting $140,000-$210,000.
