Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Beaverton, OR

Smile Now Portland is looking for a highly organized, dependable Dental Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position works closely with the Practice Manage r and clinical team to support the day-to-day administrative operations of a busy full-arch dental practice. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates exceptionally well, follows through, and helps ensure our patients receive an outstanding experience from their first interaction with our office through completion of treatment. Responsibilities Support the Practice Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities Greet patients and provide an exceptional front-office experience Check patients in and out Schedule patient appointments and help maintain an organized schedule Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to help maintain efficient practice flow Assist with documentation and other office responsibilities as assigned Help maintain an organized, professional, and positive practice environment Qualifications Dental front-office experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and follow through in a fast-paced environment Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independently Professional, dependable, positive, and team-oriented Experience with Open Dental or similar dental practice-management software preferred Experience with implant, oral surgery, or full-arch dentistry is a plus Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Who Weâre Looking For We are looking for someone who doesnât simply wait to be given the next task.
