Dental Imaging Specialist (Radiology Cert) - The Implant Center - Portland, OR

The Implant Center is hiring a New Patient Care Coordinator to run the first-visit experience for our implant patients. You'll greet them, capture their imaging, and sit in on the consult with the dentist so every detail is documented. This is not a chairside assisting job. It's built around new patients, imaging, and the clinical consult. What you'll do: Greet and check in new patients and set the tone for their visit Capture CBCT scans, panoramic (PANO) x-rays, and other diagnostic records Sit in on consults with the dentist/surgeon and document findings and treatment discussions in real time Keep records complete and organized so the team can move straight into treatment planning Answer patient questions about what to expect, and hand off to the team when it's outside your scope What you need: Current Oregon radiologic proficiency (RP) certificate. Required. Comfort with CBCT and digital imaging (we'll train you on our equipment) Fast, accurate note-taking while someone else is talking A calm, warm way with nervous patients Nice to have: Dental assisting experience Specialty or surgical practice experience Dental practice software experience Growth path: We'll train you to expand into a full Dental Assistant role if you want it, with a defined path to more scope and higher pay.
