A Love Letter to Our Future Dental Assistant Clinical Team Partner - Jay R. Lopez D.D.S., P.C. - Tucson, AZ

We see you. We know that being a Dental Assistant Clinical Team Partner is so much more than just passing instruments and setting up trays. You're the heartbeat of the dental team, the calming presence for nervous patients, and the expert who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. And yet, in so many offices, assistants don't get the appreciation, respect, or opportunities they deserve. ❤ We're here to change that. At Jay R Lopez DDS, we don't just want a Dental Assistant Clinical Team Partner — we want a valued co-provider, a true team player, and a key part of our patient care experience. We want you to work with us, not for us. We're Looking for a Team Player The right person for our office isn't just skilled — they're someone who lifts up the people around them. Someone who communicates openly, jumps in without being asked, celebrates their teammates' wins, and knows that great dentistry is never a solo act. If you thrive when your team thrives, you'll fit right in here. Grow With Us — We Love to Teach Our practice offers a rare breadth of advanced dentistry, and we're genuinely excited to train the right person across all of it: Advanced dental implant surgery Orthodontics — traditional braces and clear aligners IV sedation Digital dentistry and modern workflows Full-mouth reconstructions Aesthetic dentistry and veneers Restorative dentistry Endodontics Periodontal surgery Oral surgery Whether you're already experienced or eager to expand your skills, there is room here to learn, grow, and become the kind of assistant other offices wish they had. We are willing to train motivated team players — your curiosity and attitude matter more than a checklist of prior experience.
