Experienced Dental Assistant (Full-Time, Mon–Thu): Ember Dental Arts, Conshohocken, PA Pay: $24–$27/hour for radiology-certified assistants, based on experience. Up to $30/hour with EFDA certification & experience. A practice where experience is valued Ember Dental Arts is a doctor-owned, family-run boutique practice in Conshohocken, founded in 2024 by Dr. Heather Rowlands. It is not part of a DSO and has no corporate quotas. The practice is built on a calm, professional atmosphere and a VIP patient experience, with particular care for patients who are anxious or have felt dismissed elsewhere. EDA is looking for a seasoned dental assistant who already knows their craft. The right person anticipates the next step without being asked, takes ownership of their operatory, and treats patients with patience and warmth. Experience is respected here, and you'll be trusted to do your job well without being micromanaged. The practice is growing steadily, and at times this role may mean running the clinical side as the sole assistant. It suits someone who works independently, can manage two operatories, and gets up to speed quickly. Room to grow with the practice This is not a short-term position. As the team expands, the right person will be able to take on more responsibility, including training new team members and moving into a clinical leadership role (with commensurate pay increase for additional duties).
