We're looking for an experienced, dependable Dental Assistant to join our modern, digital dental practice. Responsibilities: Chairside assisting and anticipating the dentist's needs. Preparing and breaking down operatories, instrument sterilization, and maintaining clinical standards. Managing inventory, supplies, and lab cases. Helping with patient check-in/check-out when needed. Making patients feel comfortable throughout their visits. Taking initiative to keep daily clinical operations running smoothly. What we're looking for: X-ray certification (required). 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred. Strong chairside skills, organization, and attention to detail. Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently. A positive team player interested in growing with the practice long-term.
