Dental Assistant Join Our Dental Team! We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys working with patients, takes pride in providing excellent care, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities ● Assist the dentist with examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques ● Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to infection control and sterilization protocols ● Take dental X-rays while following appropriate safety standards ● Assist with patient intake, medical histories, vital signs, and clinical documentation ● Maintain accurate patient records while following HIPAA requirements ● Provide patients with oral hygiene education and post-operative instructions ● Assist with dental technology, including 3D scanning and digital imaging ● Help create a comfortable and welcoming experience for pediatric patients ● Communicate with the front desk to help maintain an efficient patient schedule and flow ● Provide chairside support for general, restorative, prosthodontic, and endodontic procedures ● Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment Qualifications ● Previous dental assisting experience preferred ● Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and anatomy ● Experience with Eaglesoft and/or Dentrix is a plus ● Knowledge of HIPAA and infection control procedures ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care ● Ability to work efficiently as part of a team ● Comfortable working with children and adults Why Join Our Team?
