Job Summary OC Perfect Smile is looking for a friendly, dependable team member who enjoys helping patients and is willing to learn. This position combines dental assisting and front desk responsibilities, moving between both areas as needed to keep the office running smoothly. Schedule Saturdays, plus one or two weekdays. Approximately two to three days per week; specific hours discussed during the interview. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures within your training and qualifications. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and help maintain an organized clinical area. Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable. Answer calls and texts, schedule appointments, and assist with patient check-in and checkout. Help with patient records, insurance verification, and other administrative tasks. Communicate clearly with patients and teammates and provide support wherever needed. What We’re Looking For A warm, friendly personality and a patient-focused attitude. Reliability, attention to detail, and good communication skills. A willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing office needs. Comfort working in both the clinical and front desk areas. Dental assisting experience preferred; front desk experience is a plus. Any credentials required for the clinical duties you perform. Saturday availability required.
