What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Chairside Excellence: Assist the doctor during comprehensive dental procedures and maintain seamless patient flow. Imaging & Diagnostics: Perform digital X-rays and imaging tasks accurately and efficiently. Modern Systems: Utilize Dentrix Ascend for charting, clinical notes, and scheduling support. Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict infection control, sterilize instruments, and adhere to OSHA and HIPAA standards. Patient Comfort: Greet patients with warmth, put them at ease, and help guide them through their treatment. Who You Are A licensed Dental Assistant in Massachusetts with current CPR, OSHA, Infection Control, and Radiology certifications. Experienced in chairside assisting (2+ years preferred, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply!). Tech-savvy with strong computer skills (Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a major bonus!). A reliable team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow.
