WHAT YOUâLL DO Lead and support the dental assisting team Work closely with doctors during procedures Keep operatories organized, stocked, and running efficiently Help coordinate daily clinical flow Train and mentor dental assistants Maintain OSHA, infection-control, and sterilization standards Monitor supplies and help manage inventory Make patients feel comfortable and cared for Partner with the Office Manager and doctors to solve problems Help improve clinical efficiency and team performance WEâRE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS Experienced in dental assisting A natural leader who others look to for direction Calm under pressure Fast, organized, and detail-oriented Confident working with doctors and patients A great communicator Comfortable training and holding team members accountable Positive, professional, and team-oriented Expanded functions / EFDA experience is a plus WHY JOIN US?
