WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Current California RDA license Strong chairside assisting skills Ideally 3–5+ years of dental assisting experience Confident with restorative, cosmetic, crown/bridge and general dentistry Digital X-rays and impressions/scanning Excellent infection-control standards Organized operatories and strong supply management Great communication with doctors, patients, and teammates Someone who is reliable, positive, polished, and accountable Someone who sees a problem and solves it Someone who can move quickly without sacrificing quality Experience with dental software and digital workflows is a plus THE CALABASAS SMILES STANDARD We believe the best dental offices are built by great people.
