We are seeking an experienced Associate General Dentist to join our team. Compensation based on daily base rate and percentage of net collections. Responsibilities and Duties : Provide dental care to patients, including oral evaluations, preventative and restorative care, and comprehensive treatment planning Collaborate with clinical team to provide high-quality patient care Collaborate with Patient Coordinators to manage appointments and schedule for efficiency and productivity Ensure clinic and treatment rooms are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with infection control and safety standards Qualifications: DDS / DMD degree Completed residency program and/or 2+ years of post-graduation experience Licensed to practice dentistry in Massachusetts Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues Committed to supporting our practice's culture of mutual respect and teaming Adept at working with a multi-disciplinary team Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $182,000.00 per year Application Question(s): What days of the week are you available to work (e.g., Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays)?
