Experienced Dental Assistant / RDA Horizon Implants â Thousand Oaks, CA Horizon Implants is looking for an experienced, professional, and dependable Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing dental team. We are seeking someone with at least 3 years of dental assisting experience who is confident working independently, provides excellent patient care, and enjoys working in a modern dental practice with a strong focus on implant, surgical, restorative, and comprehensive dentistry. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience required. RDA preferred, but an experienced Dental Assistant with appropriate California certifications will also be considered. Current California dental radiography certification as applicable. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong experience taking diagnostic-quality dental X-rays. Comfortable with digital dentistry and dental technology. Implant and oral surgery assisting experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of sterilization and OSHA/infection-control standards. Strong communication and patient-service skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a busy dental practice.
