Our local dental practice is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and dependable Part-Time Dental Floater / Sterilization Technician to join our team. This role is crucial to keeping our practice running safely and efficiently. No prior dental experience is required—we are fully committed to training the right person! What You Will Do: Sterilization & Safety: Manage the sterilization area, cleaning, packaging, and processing clinical instruments according to strict OSHA and safety protocols. Room Turnaround: Efficiently break down, sanitize, and set up clinical treatment rooms between patients to keep the schedule running smoothly. Inventory Control: Monitor, track, and restock dental supplies across treatment areas. Team & Patient Support: Greet patients, escort them to treatment rooms, and assist both the clinical team and front desk with basic administrative duties as needed. What We Are Looking For: Reliability: Exceptional attendance and punctuality are essential. Attention to Detail: A high commitment to cleanliness, organization, and safety. Adaptability: A "see a need, fill a need" mindset with the ability to keep your cool in a fast-paced environment.
