Job Overview Job Title: Dental Assistant â Full-Time Location: Livonia, MI Job Description Our busy, three-doctor dental practice is looking for an experienced dental assistant to join our team! We are seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and brings a positive attitude to patient care and teamwork. Applicants must have at least one year of dental assisting experience. Experience with Dentrix, Dexis, and digital scanners is preferred, but we are happy to provide software training for the right candidate. Responsibilities Provide four-handed chairside assistance during dental procedures. Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges. Take and pour dental impressions. Take dental X-rays. Prepare and organize treatment rooms. Communicate clearly with patients and team members. Qualifications Minimum of one year of dental assisting experience. X-ray certification. Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. Ability to fabricate temporary crowns and bridges. Experience taking and pouring impressions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
