Weâre Hiring a Lead Dental Assistant! Our growing dental practice is looking for an experienced, motivated, and dependable Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a confident clinical leader with strong chairside skills and experience in implant, orthodontic, and restorative dentistry . Responsibilities Lead and support the doctors Assist with implant, orthodontic, and restorative procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Ensure efficient patient flow and smooth daily operations Maintain excellent infection-control and sterilization standards Take digital X-rays and assist with clinical documentation Anticipate doctorsâ needs during procedures Train and mentor dental assistants Monitor clinical supplies and assist with inventory management Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional clinical environment Provide exceptional patient care and customer service Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience required Lead or Advanced dental assistant experience preferred Strong experience with implants, ortho and restorative dentistry strongly preferred Experience with traditional orthodontic brackets and wires is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Open Dental experience One2 Imaging experience Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and teamwork skills Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Passion for patient care and clinical excellence Position Details Full-Time | Lead Dental Assistant Competitive pay based on experience, with an opportunity to grow within a supportive and progressive dental practice.
