Job Overview We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and team- orientated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing Boutique Specialty dental practice in Austin! Edge Endodontics is privately owned and is known for providing high quality patient care in a positive, supportive, and fast- paced environment. We're searching for someone who taken pride in their work, values teamwork, and is committed to creating an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities: Assist doctor chairside during procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments Take digital radiographs Maintain accurate clinical notes Ensure operatories are fully stocked and organized Provide excellent patient communication and comfort Qualifications: Active Texas RDA license (required) X- ray certification CPR Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive Attitude and strong work ethic Specialty experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer: Competitive Hourly Pay (depends on experience) Paid Holidays Paid time off 401K Supportive Team Culture Opportunity for growth Great work life balance This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position , with regular office hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM . Based on the patient schedule and operational needs, occasional arrival prior to 8:00 AM may be required .
