Associate Dentist – Modern, Patient-Centered General Practice Butterfly Dental Care | San Jose, CA Butterfly Dental Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and clinically confident Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. We are a modern, patient-centered general dental practice that combines advanced technology, comprehensive dentistry, and personalized patient care . Our goal is not simply to treat teeth—we want every patient to clearly understand their oral health, treatment options, and the value of the care being recommended. We are looking for a dentist with at least 3 years of clinical experience who can practice general dentistry independently while working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative team. What We’re Looking For The ideal doctor is someone who: Has a minimum of 3 years of general dentistry experience Is clinically confident and comfortable working independently Can diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive general dentistry Is comfortable treating patients of different ages and clinical needs Communicates treatment recommendations clearly and compassionately with patients Understands the importance of discussing treatment, alternatives, expectations, and financial/insurance considerations before treatment is performed Provides clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation Gives the team complete information so treatment plans, insurance verification/preauthorization, scheduling, and patient communication can be handled properly Is detail-oriented and takes ownership of patient care from diagnosis through follow-up Works well with assistants, front-office team members, and other providers Is open to feedback and interested in continued professional and clinical growth Values efficiency while maintaining high standards of care Has Saturday availability A Modern Clinical Environment Butterfly Dental Care incorporates advanced technology into everyday general dentistry, including: Laser dentistry CBCT and digital diagnostics AI-assisted implant treatment planning Digital dentistry Advanced implant and surgical technology Previous experience with these technologies is not required .
