Eisner Health is seeking an experienced Dentist to join our professional dental team and provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is committed to evidence-based, high-quality dental care and brings strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to practice. We are looking for a dentist who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and is comfortable providing care ranging from routine preventive services to restorative and periodontal treatment. The position offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry within an established FQHC environment while collaborating with providers across multiple areas of care. Position Summary As a Dentist, you will: Deliver comprehensive preventive, restorative, and diagnostic dental care to patients of all ages. Perform routine examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and healthy dental habits. Perform a variety of clinical procedures, including restorations, periodontal treatment, extractions, and other general dental services within your scope of practice. Review diagnostic studies, including dental X-rays, and discuss findings and treatment options with patients. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Coordinate referrals to specialty dental services when medically appropriate. Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient-centered care. Stay current with advances in dentistry by completing continuing education requirements and maintaining professional licensure. Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited School of Dentistry. Minimum one (1) year of experience practicing general dentistry. Current California dental license in good standing. Current DEA registration and CPR certification. Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
