We’re looking for a confident, dependable Lead Dental Assistant who can lead by example, keep the team moving, and help create a positive, productive clinical environment. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of dental assisting experience Kind, approachable, and able to coach while holding others accountable A natural leader who sets the example for the rest of the team Strong communication and teamwork skills Organized, dependable, and able to keep things running smoothly Able to monitor assistant productivity and help keep the day on track Dentrix & Dexis experience is a plus! Lead Responsibilities: Lead and participate in morning huddles Help coordinate the assistant team and daily clinical flow Coach and train assistants when needed Make sure assistants are staying productive and prepared Handle ordering, inventory, and supply organization Assist the doctor with patient care Help maintain high clinical and sterilization standards Be a positive example of professionalism, teamwork, and patient care The Right Person: You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room — but you do need to be willing to lead.
