Dental Front Desk Receptionist $500 sign-on bonus · $23–$25/hour · Full-time · Immediate opening · West Palm Beach, FL You'll be the first voice on the phone and the first face at the door for a busy, privately owned general and implant dental office. We're hiring an experienced dental receptionist who can keep a full schedule running on time and get same-day and emergency patients seen fast. Our schedule stays full, and our front desk is the reason it runs smoothly. What You'll Do Greet patients and run check-in/check-out with warmth and efficiency Answer a high volume of calls; book new patients and work in same-day and emergency visits Schedule, confirm, and fill appointments Collect payments and assist with insurance verification Coordinate with the clinical team for smooth patient flow; follow HIPAA at all times What We're Looking For Dental front desk experience within the past 3 years (required) Open Dental experience is PLUS Excellent phone presence and communication Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office English/Spanish bilingual a plus Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Application Question(s): Have you worked in a Dental Receptionist Front desk role in the past 1 year?
