Dental Front Desk / Insurance Coordinator – PPO Experience Required Dr. Nahlah Implants & Prosthodontics Specialists is seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk / Insurance Coordinator to join our high-end specialty dental practice. This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone with strong, hands-on experience working with PPO dental insurance who can independently verify benefits, understand coverage, follow claims, and clearly explain patient financial responsibility. You may be a great fit if you can confidently: Verify PPO insurance benefits and eligibility Understand deductibles, annual maximums, waiting periods, frequencies, downgrades, and limitations Prepare accurate insurance estimates Submit claims and pre-authorizations Follow up on unpaid, delayed, or denied claims Work insurance aging reports and resolve outstanding balances Explain insurance benefits and patient portions clearly and professionally Collect copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances Maintain an organized and productive patient schedule Handle phones, scheduling, confirmations, and front-office communication Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy specialty practice Required Qualifications: Prior dental front desk experience Strong knowledge of PPO dental insurance Ability to work independently with insurance verification and claims Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong attention to detail and follow-through Dependable, organized, and comfortable multitasking Positive, solution-oriented attitude Experience in prosthodontics, implants, oral surgery, or high-value treatment coordination is a plus.
