Dental Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator Kids United Pediatric Dentistry – Boca Raton & Coral Springs, FL Full-Time | $17–$18/hour Kids United Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a friendly, dependable, energetic, and organized Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing pediatric dental team. IMPORTANT: This position works at BOTH our Boca Raton and Coral Springs offices. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between locations based on the practice schedule and coverage needs. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and can thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do Answer phones and schedule appointments Welcome patients and families Handle patient check-in and checkout Schedule new patients and follow up on inquiries Confirm appointments and help fill schedule openings Follow up on recalls and unscheduled treatment Help keep our doctors’ schedules full and productive Communicate professionally with parents and families Work between our Boca Raton and Coral Springs locations as scheduled Support the team with daily front-office and administrative responsibilities Assist with occasional marketing and community projects as needed What We’re Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Extremely dependable and punctual Excellent customer service and communication skills Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Proactive — someone who sees what needs to be done and jumps in Positive, team-player mindset Flexible and willing to work at either office based on the needs of the practice Reliable transportation between Boca Raton and Coral Springs is required Dental or medical front-office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Our Locations Boca Raton 8903 Glades Road, Suite D-4 Boca Raton, FL 33434 Coral Springs 5431 N.
