Dental Assistant Mineral Dental Care is seeking an experienced, dependable Dental Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, professional, and able to work efficiently in a busy general dentistry practice. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works well as part of a team, and is committed to providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of general dental procedures Provide efficient four-handed dentistry Prepare and break down treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and follow proper infection-control procedures Take quality dental X-rays Review and accurately document patient medical histories Enter accurate clinical notes and treatment information Maintain supplies and keep treatment areas clean and organized Help maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the day Provide patients with a comfortable and professional experience Work cooperatively with doctors, assistants, and front office team members Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience required Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality Experience assisting with general dentistry procedures Knowledge of four-handed dentistry Experience taking quality dental X-rays Knowledge of sterilization and infection-control procedures Eaglesoft or similar dental software experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to work efficiently in a busy dental environment Strong follow-through and ability to complete assigned responsibilities Takes initiative and is willing to help where needed Able to follow instructions and established office procedures Excellent communication and patient-care skills Professional, positive, and respectful Works well as part of a team Able to manage time effectively and help keep the schedule running smoothly Compensation $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications If you are an experienced Dental Assistant who is dependable, motivated, and looking for a team-oriented dental office , we would love to hear from you.
