Dental Assistant - - Bradenton, FL

We are a friendly, patient-centered private dental practice in Bradenton looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team! We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, motivated, and compassionate who enjoys working with patients and being part of a close-knit dental team. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment, and takes pride in helping provide an excellent patient experience. We offer a consistent Monday through Wednesday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with no Fridays or weekends . We have plans of opening Thursdays in the near future. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments before and between patients Take digital dental radiographs as needed Assist with impressions, scans, restorative procedures, and other clinical procedures Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment Assist with patient seating, positioning, and comfort Provide patients with a welcoming and positive experience Maintain accurate clinical documentation and assist with charting Help keep operatories clean, organized, and properly stocked Communicate effectively with the dentist, hygienist, and front-office team Follow OSHA, infection-control, and office safety protocols Assist with maintaining an efficient and organized clinical workflow Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but new graduates and motivated candidates are welcome to apply Florida dental assisting credentials/certifications as applicable Radiology certification preferred CPR/BLS certification preferred Friendly, professional, and dependable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working as part of a small, supportive team Willingness to learn and grow professionally Patient-focused attitude and commitment to providing excellent care Why Join Us?
