What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures with efficiency, professionalism, and compassion. Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials. Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records. Follow proper sterilization and infection-control protocols. Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit. Work closely as a team to maintain an organized and efficient patient flow. What We're Looking For A positive, proactive, and dependable attitude. Excellent communication and patient-care skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Punctuality and professionalism. Ability to work well as part of a team and anticipate clinical needs. A genuine desire to learn, improve, and grow professionally. Dental assisting experience preferred. Florida Dental Radiography and Expanded Functions (EFDA) credentials preferred. Candidates with strong potential and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. What We Offer $16–$28/hour , based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Monday–Friday schedule, typically 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. No weekends. A supportive, collaborative private-practice environment.
