Help create confident smiles while building meaningful relationships with patients What You'll Be Doing As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play an important role in providing an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the orthodontist during patient appointments Assisting with braces, wires, appliances, aligners, attachments, and retainers Taking digital photographs, X-rays, scans, and other orthodontic records Providing patients with instructions for orthodontic care and oral hygiene Preparing treatment rooms and instruments Sterilizing instruments and following infection-control protocols Maintaining accurate clinical notes and patient records Helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout treatment Communicating effectively with patients, parents, and the orthodontic team Keeping clinical areas clean, organized, and fully prepared Jumping in to support the team wherever needed Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, positive, and outgoing Reliable and punctual A strong team player Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults Detail-oriented and organized Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable interacting with patients and parents Eager to learn and grow Professional and dependable Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus! Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Schedule Patient Hours: Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: Rotating schedule Monday and Thursday evening availability is required.
