Marnie C. Bauer, DMD, PA | South Tampa & Lutz, FL We’re looking for an experienced, positive, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team! We are a private dental group with three locations — two in South Tampa and one in Lutz. Our ideal team member is dependable, flexible, professional, and genuinely passionate about providing excellent patient care. What We’re Looking For Previous dental assisting experience preferred EFDA certification a plus Experience with general and restorative dentistry Strong attention to detail and organization Excellent communication and patient-care skills Reliable, dependable, and professional A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help the team Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment Willingness and ability to report to different office locations as needed Responsibilities Assist the doctor during dental procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms Take dental X-rays and photographs as needed Sterilize and maintain instruments Review and update patient information Provide patients with compassionate post-operative instructions Help keep the clinical schedule running efficiently Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Support the doctor and the entire dental team Our Team We believe in Positive, Passionate, Flexible, Professional, and Always Patient-Centric care.
