Managing phones, scheduling, and online requests with warmth and precision Walking patients through financial conversations, treatment plans, and next steps Helping build and refine front office systems as we grow Collaborating with clinical and doctor teams to create a seamless, elevated patient experience Jumping in wherever needed — because that’s what a startup takes!
