What you'll do Chairside assisting across a wide range of procedures, from routine restorative to implant and full-arch cases Make patients feel at ease, explain what's happening, and provide clear post-op and home care instructions Capture digital radiographs, intraoral scans, and photos Set up and turn over operatories and maintain infection control and sterilization standards Chart and document accurately in Dentrix Ascend Record vitals and help with patient assessments Communicate with the team throughout the day to keep the schedule running smoothly What we're looking for Previous dental assisting experience Current Washington Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential Solid knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments Comfortable with digital tech, or eager to learn it (intraoral scanning experience a plus) Dentrix Ascend experience a plus Warm, patient-focused, and a true team player If you're looking for an office where the patient experience matters and the team actually works like a team, we'd love to meet you.
