Full-Time Dental Assistant Gillespie Dentistry is seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to become part of our busy, six-doctor practice. We are looking for someone who is an ideal team player and enjoys working in a team-focused environment. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have a minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience Hold a current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration Bring a friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude to work each day Be organized, attentive to detail, and able to prioritize tasks Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Service-minded and committed to creating a positive patient experience Be proactive and able to work independently when needed Work well with a team and contribute to a positive office culture Be receptive to coaching and constructive feedback Have a genuine interest in continuing education and professional development Provide exceptional, patient-centered service Why Join Gillespie Dentistry?
