Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Albany, NY
We are growing! Our private dental practice is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a woman-owned, fee-for-service dental practice with an all-female team focused on providing high-quality, personalized care in a welcoming environment. As our patient base continues to grow, we are looking to add another dental assistant who is caring, organized, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of general and restorative dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Take and process digital dental X-rays Maintain proper infection control and sterilization protocols Turn over and restock treatment rooms between patients Assist with impressions and digital scanning Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions Help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their appointments Maintain accurate clinical documentation as needed Monitor and restock clinical supplies Work closely with the doctors, hygienists, front desk, and other team members to keep the day running smoothly What Weâre Looking For Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but not required.
